Notes: Watch this now. Never heard of MirrorMask? That’s OK. Watch.This.Now. This vid is visually stunning and rendered flawlessly by Di to be a dreamlike hypnotic blend of story and trippiness. This vid actually glows with a surreal quality that hasn’t been matched. The movie lends itself to a strange, grotesque, and beautiful vibe, but Di has followed the story and punctuated the otherworldly visuals with excellent timing and gorgeous transitions. This is one of the most highly recommended vids I’ve ever added. It’s that good.

Notes: First off, it’s a fanvid. If there’s a concern over ages, just remember that it *is* a fantasy movie/AU kind of thing. That said, this is a surprisingly flashy vid. Erin’s use of transitions is showy, but not overdone. The pacing used in making the transition from verse to chorus is strikingly on point and keeps you guessing as to what’s to come. What could have been a run of the mill shipper vid has become a quirky and upbeat look at the characters as they do, indeed, go chasing after one another.
